I have been working at LHP Engineering Solutions full-time (More than 3 years)
A couple years ago, when Cummins had one of its infamous downsizings, they cut 54 LHP contractors. In less than a year, they were asking for dozens more to backfill the holes, but Cummins' policy is that, once let go, you can never come back. So these folks had to find new jobs. Most were green card holders. No one had to return to their home country. LHP kept them on the payroll -- some of them for an entire year -- until they found a place to land. This was an extraordinary financial commitment. I commend the owner(s) for this.
None. This must be five words long.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took a week. I interviewed at LHP Engineering Solutions (Raymond, OH).
The interview was by phone, he was interested about my background in testing automotive laboratories, in fact about vibrations shakers and thermal chambers,
I talking about the transductors for control test, accelemeters, themocuples, RTD, dataloggers
