I worked at LIPMAN full-time (More than a year)
The people are great, depending on the team you were on. Felt like a family-style business.
Lack of communication from the top down, and lack of respect from the top down.
Advice to Management
Give everyone a chance to learn and improve their skills and ensure that all departments realize that they are not the most important and neither is everyone else. They are all equally important in running a business.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at LIPMAN (New York, NY).
Interview was pretty informal and chatty. They spent considerable time showing me their work, which I thought was nice. I met with 4 people total — 2 groups of 2 people.
No negotiation, but I had a crap recruiter as well — so who knows how much of that was the recruiting agency just wanting to sell someone into the position no matter what.
