I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at LMS (Orlando, FL) in January 2016.
I applied with a cover letter and resume for a job that I found on Craigslist . The next week, I showed up to introduce myself with a copy of my resume in hand. I walked into the 3rd floor and was greeted warmly and with respect. I was escorted to the 6th floor where I was met by the person looking thru the resumes. Once again I was greeted with a smile and an air of I was welcomed. He informed me that my resume had really popped out from the 200 he had received and he had just handed mine to the CEO that morning. He said that I had did myself a favor by coming in and putting a face with the resume. I would hear from them in a couple of days.
I was called in for an interview just like said. I met with the CEO and CFO. The interview was very conversational, so I felt relaxed. I was not afraid to let my personality shine thru. I made sure to have a few copies of my resume and references ready.
