    I have been working at LMS full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Since I have been employed at LMS Inc, the culture has changed for the better. Those who could not keep up with our rapid growth or those whose personalities did not mesh with the changing environment have weeded themselves out. Now we have a great group of hard-working, ambitious people dedicated to helping LMS achieve success.

    Other Pros:
    Wonderful people with great personalities and incredible skills.
    Management appreciates their employees and expresses it frequently.
    Snacks/coffee/teas provided for all employees.
    Friday lunches are catered with a variety of options.
    Ability to work remotely if needed.

    Cons

    Open area can be a little loud at times (easily countered by noise-canceling headphones).

    Advice to Management

    Continue to show appreciation for your employees. It makes it a great place to work.

    Application

    I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at LMS (Orlando, FL) in January 2016.

    Interview

    I applied with a cover letter and resume for a job that I found on Craigslist . The next week, I showed up to introduce myself with a copy of my resume in hand. I walked into the 3rd floor and was greeted warmly and with respect. I was escorted to the 6th floor where I was met by the person looking thru the resumes. Once again I was greeted with a smile and an air of I was welcomed. He informed me that my resume had really popped out from the 200 he had received and he had just handed mine to the CEO that morning. He said that I had did myself a favor by coming in and putting a face with the resume. I would hear from them in a couple of days.

    I was called in for an interview just like said. I met with the CEO and CFO. The interview was very conversational, so I felt relaxed. I was not afraid to let my personality shine thru. I made sure to have a few copies of my resume and references ready.
