    Interview

Received a call from one of their recruiters who has no phone etiquette at all. Why is it these people recruiting cannot introduce themselves first? When you call someone you should state, "This is "YOUR NAME" may I speak to "THEIR NAME". Not , Is this "THEIR NAME" Why is this so hard to understand, you are in sales, you are selling your company.

The next thing out of this guys mouth was I have your resume do you have any experience. Obviously, he didn't READ THE RESUME. This is totally insulting to whoever they call. Again, these people are in sales, they are selling their services!

This level of incompetence has become pervasive in the contract travel industry, because they are not hiring professionals to represent you and your skills . With this kind of representation, LRS Healthcare will not represent you well and will probably not represent the client well either. I would suggest staying clear of LRS Healthcare. There are some good companies out there and LRS isn't one of them.
