I worked at LSI full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

personable management, excellent manager. Some of the trainers were terrific. Top management - not so sure, but my Manager, Bob Degler was a straight shoot, terrific guy, total professional.

    Cons

I can't think of any - only wish they had not eliminated my position.

    Advice to Management

I hope the NetApps acquisition is working out for everyone.

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at LSI.

    Interview

Too many interviews, too many false starts, took forever to get the offer. Was promised an offer, then had to re-interview with execs. Was asked about my age at one point.
