Great smart people work here. They provide a great home work life balance. good benefits. People stay with company. Good compensation.
Money not invested into engineering to the point of employees personally buying lab equipment for the company to finish their jobs. Lots of corporate merges and uncertainty. Historically lots of layoffs.
Advice to Management
Follow communication guidelines and communicate more. No clue about real direction of the corporation and haven't for years. (Not just recently)
Applied on University Job Board, got a phone call in two weeks.
After about a month, set up an onsite with HR.
The interview was simple, not really many technical questions, more about my previous experience. Talked to four or five engineers from different teams. Overall it was not hard.
After a week got a call from HR, and received an offer
