Mission: The mission of La Clínica is to improve the quality of life of the diverse communities we serve by providing culturally appropriate, high quality, and accessible health care for all.
I have been working at La Clinica de La Raza full-time
Great support from supervisors, good benefits, pay is competitive for sector, great work environment, respect for work/life balance.
Hours are fairly rigid/no opportunity work from home, but this is common and expected in healthcare.
I applied in-person. The process took a week. I interviewed at La Clinica de La Raza (Oakland, CA) in November 2017.
It’s a group interview consisted of 2 MA’s and a clinic supervisor. They ask you about 15 questions based on scenarios. If you speak another language they will ask you a few questions in your second language. The interview lasts about an hour.
