well oiled restaurant that was always busy and had great food. customers love the food everything flowed and ran so naturally. employees are treated with respect by ownership.
it is really hard to think of any cons at this business may be that there is a younger crowd who likes to sit at the tables for a long time and don't necessarily know how to tip well yet
