- The staff can help you grow your resume but the areas they send you in can be difficult or competitive.
- A different way to look at how to learn different trades and something I thought was a great learning experience personally.
- The collegues you may work with can be difficult.
- The pay isn't as good as the job your doing usually if your a hard working type person.

I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Labor Finders (Roanoke, VA).
Brief. Filled out application by hand now computerized. Now computer will qualify or disqualify candidates based on answers. I am not sure how the post online application procedure works. Can you pass a flagging test
