I worked at Labor Staffing full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I was able to help people with life changing jobs. Initially great opportunity. Not so great once I achieved the top:

    Cons

No room for advancement once attains Branch Manager position. Sometimes listened to suggestions of improving business but had to fight to be heard.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Labor Staffing.

    Interview

The first step is to complete the online application at www.laborstaffing.com. Once that is done then calling the Chamblee office for interview and to complete the application in person. then interview is relatively short in order to meet and screen potential temporary employees. Once the information is completed and applicant is processed then an offer to place the applicant can be done.

    Interview Questions

    • There are a lot of jobs in the hospitality industry and most are minimum wage. It is a difficult process sometimes to get a minimum wage position.   Answer Question

    Negotiation

There was not much negotiation for my position. I have advanced to a full time work since I began at labor staffing.
