I have been working at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine full-time

    Pros

    Great health/dental
    Amazing 403b retirement plan
    Good PTO amount if exemple

    Cons

    Pay is lower than average
    Very little advancement opportunity
The Recreation Center benefit is still way too expensive
Weird structure, departments that should be doing one thing are stuck with menial tasks that should be done by another department.

    Advice to Management

Don't be afraid to give some promotions/raises out to those that deserve it.
