I worked at Lake Forest Hospital Foundation full-time (More than a year)
Better RN to patient ratio than many other hospitals. People are very nice. Smaller community hospital means easier to get involved. Nursing leadership team visible and approachable.
Old hospital. Some Inefficient operations and archaic ways of implementing change. Lack of enforced policies means inconsistent patient care. Wide variety of skill level from nurse to nurse.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Lake Forest Hospital Foundation (Glenview, IL) in June 2015.
