    Application

I applied online. The process took 5+ months. I interviewed at Lake Health (Painesville, OH) in January 2014.

    Interview

Have to take the same dumb personality assessment for each position you apply for, takes months to get a call for an interview. Takes weeks after the interview to get a drug test and a physical, takes weeks after drug test and physical to get scheduled for orientation. Seriously, it takes so long.

    Interview Questions

    • The recruiter asked me to speak about a situation in which I was charitable or philanthropic.   Answer Question
