Small company, vacation time, wonderful students and parents, local community, international influence, teachers.
Office Culture: country club atmosphere of gossip and cattiness. Higher level management makes rash and quick decisions based on feelings rather than facts. High turn-over rate of employees due to low moral and lack of solid leadership. Overall lack of true integrity in administration and transparency. Corporate for profit school whose true purpose is making money rather than an international education.
Advice to Management
Have solid leadership that is able to truly lead a team in an educational environment. Look at general moral and parent/student/staff satisfaction and attitudes. Invest in those that truly care about the local families, students and moral, rather than building a name for oneself and a clout of arrogance.
