    I applied through other source. The process took a week. I interviewed at LandCare (Naples, FL) in September 2016.


    Branch Manager and Regional Vice President are awesome guys and proven leaders in the industry. I had an interview with the Branch Manager over the phone and it seemed to go well. Then the RVP called for a phone interview and that went well. The next day the HR department called to schedule a formal interview and flight confirmation. I flew in and toured the branch and some of the properties. A day or so later they made an offer. Awesome experience in getting to know who they are and what they stand for!

    Reasons for Declining

    First I accepted, but after an extensive home relocation search I declined the offer. Mainly because it was taking me longer than expected to find a rental in the Naples market considering my new financial budget that aligned with the job offer. I didn't want to string them along any longer because I felt they really needed to find someone to fill the position. I also decided to pursue other dreams that had similar risks and hope that if things don't work out I will be reconsidered. This company seems to be moving mountains by changing culture and focusing on what it takes to be the best!
