I have been working at LandCare full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The people are fantastic. Very tight knit environment that makes it a pleasure to get up for work in the morning.

    Cons

My only complaint would be the benefit package which seems to soon be much better.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at LandCare (La Jolla, CA) in October 2016.

    Interview

I applied for a position online and they called me the following day. The interview process was relatively easy, I met with the VP of HR and he seemed rather pleasant and the interview pretty much flowed. We had such a positive overall interview, I thought they would offer me the position.
