Site Manager for this location is a nice guy, professional and knows his management duties and how to treat employees.
Corporate staff has some issues with workload, and providing full disclosure to new employees in many areas.
Advice to Management
Tell new employees everything and let them make their decision. With all the facts my decision might have been a different one.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Landmark Protection in March 2010.
Phoned for interview appointment. Went to corporate offices, filled out application. Started training immediately, trained for 8 days on self-paced video training. When training was complete, Guard Card Test, Drug Test, Live Scan fingerprints. 3 days later I was on the job
There were no negotiations. Take it or leave it.
