I have been working at Landsberg full-time (More than 3 years)
Landsberg provides you with all the resources to succeed. The internal staff is fantastic and we all work for a common goal.
Outdated internal system, lack of web presence and very far behind on modern technology. Information could be far better streamlined to staff but it is not.
Advice to Management
Continue to hire top notch talent but improve the culture and lighten the mood.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Landsberg (Houston, TX) in June 2011.
I was asked to come in to meet with the head of customer service at that time was Sylvia Robles. She was very nice and asked me my background and i filled her in on it then i gave her all my paper work and job application they ask me to fill out. i was hired on as a temp and with in three months was full time.
When i was working in the warehouse office i was looking for another job and found one to pay me over what i was making at Kent Landsberg. When i gave my 2 week notice they asked me how much to stay and i told them to match the other company and they did. However i had to get it in writing and still had to fight tooth and nail to get what was promised me.
