    -Great people
-The industry (beyond outdoor furniture, landscape architecture- industrial design)
    -The culture
    -Comfortable and casual work environment
-As a manufacturing employee you have the opportunity for lots of overtime, sometimes in different departments!
-As a welder they will help pay for you to have an air hood for safer and better ventilation.
-Room for advancement (but it doesn't just happen)
    -Free coffee/tea
-$1,500 a year for education for full time employees
    -Paid vacations
    -401k match/ Profit sharing
    -Dental and Health insurance
    -Flex savings account

I always try to remember that every company is not perfect, and there are always gray clouds here and there. The grass is not always greener on the other side.

Landscape forms is a fast growing company and industry leader. It's an exciting, though sometimes nerving, ride to be a part of!

(Worked in both manufacturing and office side)

The pay may not be the highest in the industry, but the benefits, the people, the culture and the overall experience balance that all out (look at other company's that have high salaries- but their benefits are sub-par). Also, as LFI strives to double every six/seven years, there are always growing pains and change can be hard, but everything that goes down must come back up! Focusing on negatives never got anyone anywhere!

    Advice to Management

As LFI grows from a "mom-pop" shop to a corporate empire, the company must try to maintain the values it was founded on, while also maintaining fair industry wages. It is not right to loose so many good people based on low pay.

Bridge the divide of the office and manufacturing! (by improving relationships amongst all employees it helps flourish our already amazing culture and efficiency!)
