People that you work with everyday. Enjoyed running my route everyday. Meeting with customers. The change that would happen on a daily basis.
Insurance cost a lot weekly for a family. Poor communication between office and districts. Lack of support from above management.
Advice to Management
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Landshire (Mobile, AL) in January 2015.
Called for a face to face interview with RSM and ARSM then called by Megan in the main office. I had to ride a route for a day to see if I liked the job.
Reasons for Declining
I found a job with higher starting pay before the whole Landshire process was through.
