I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lantern Community Services (New York, NY) in February 2016.
i undergone three interview with the coo, cfo and director of property manager. both interviews were held separately and one other the phone. both interviews were very informative and provided great incite about the company. Lastly, I was able to visit the many sites within the company and meet the program director and some of the staff. I thought the overall interview was wonderful. The senior staff made me fee very comfortable during the interview process. I was hired after 3-4 weeks.
