I have been working at Lantz-Boggio Architects PC full-time (Less than a year)
I enjoy my job because of the people. I love where I sit, the people that I work with, and the people I haven’t worked with, but want to. LBA is a company that wants to do better, encourages change, wants their employees to take initiative and have fun while doing it. These aren’t just words – I feel like the Principals and leadership here are awesome. Continuously, they work hard, and provide endless support for their teams. As a young designer, this fuels me so much, and I appreciate it a lot. Whether I work with other Principals directly or not, that’s not the point - the support our leadership gives is huge, and everyone here notices it.
I hate to end on this, but I have to acknowledge the bad reviews below. For anyone that has energy, is willing to take the initiative, and wants to be well rounded and learn from others - this is the place for you. As for the people that gave bad reviews below, they were truly holding us back. Every day they continuously complained and brought a lot of negative energy into the office. Not only that, but they didn’t have qualities like mentioned above. No one enjoys letting people go, in fact, our leadership had to make a hard decision just so that they could create a better work environment for everyone else.
The website is not a good representation of us.
Advice to Management
Keep up the great work, and thank you so much for your support!
I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lantz-Boggio Architects PC (Denver, CO) in October 2013.
The interview process was very simple and straightforward. There wasn't a lot of fluff about workplace culture blah blah blah. It consisted of operational type questions and information about the typo for the company does.
