I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Laramar Group (Phoenix, AZ) in May 2015.
Professional interview process. appreciated my professionalism also. My only concern was that the general manager was more concerned about telling me what she was looking for in an employee rather than finding out what type of employee I am. The assistant manager however ask me some very good interview questions and I felt that she got to know me fairly well.
