I have been working at Larson Design Group full-time (More than 5 years)

LDG is growing, providing more opportunity for employees to grow both personally and professionally. They have good culture and the best benefits in the industry including ESOP, sales bonuses, great paid vacation, and employee recognition.

They need to make sure they are investing in the up and coming leaders of the company, not just the current managers and above. There are 300+ hard workers in this company and a lot of them have a lot more to offer

    Easy Interview

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Larson Design Group (Corning, NY) in February 2018.

The interview process was very professional. It was a telephonic interview which lasted for about 30 minutes. The interview was held by a recruiting coordinator and it was mostly a behavioral-based interview. Overall it was a very nice and casual conversation.
