There is not equality across all shifts. Policies and SOPs are not always standard or upheld to the fullest extent.
Advice to Management
Outsourced management needs a lot more training and really getting to know all the officers and how the shift runs, before implementing serious changes.

First Interviewed with Hiring Manager of the Department. Spoke about personal experience and former training. Second interview with the hiring manager again for a follow-up and to discuss further options and the next moves.
