With a national presence across six state-of-the-art call centers, our professionals are dedicated to providing patient access services including reimbursement support, patient assistance, co-pay assistance, adherence services and clinical support services. Our program counselors (non-clinical support) typically have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree or relevant healthcare-related experience, such as social work, case management, medical insurance or consulting. Many of our case managers have advanced degrees or previous clinical experience, including social work, nursing, pharmacy, medical technology and respiratory therapy.
Our clinical support team is staffed by registered nurses with at least 5 years of nursing experience and specifically certified in the therapeutic areas they support. Many of our clinical support team members are Oncology Certified Nurses (OCN®) whose additional skills elevate the level of care your patients receive.
We strongly believe that our organization’s success is based on the people who support our programs and clients. Every program team member is cross-trained on all areas relating to product support, allowing any of a caller’s needs to be addressed through a single call. In order to ensure that our counselors provide the highest level of service, Lash Group has an in-house learning and development team that is dedicated to providing meaningful and current educational offerings to our associates across a wide variety of topics, including customer service, disease sensitivity and healthcare reform.

Be more proactive in grooming individuals for advancement
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lash Group (Fort Mill, SC) in December 2016.
I applied for the job through indeed.com. The very same afternoon I had a phone screen with the hiring manager where I was asked some basic questions about sql and ssis. He then discussed the salary package and asked if I was interested. I said I am interested in the position and he then asked me to submit another job application so that they could set up an onsite interview. I filled out an application and submitted in their HR portal and got a rejection. I contacted the hiring manager and he said that it was mistake so he contacted the HR who in turn got in touch with me to set up an onsite interview scheduled to be held 2 weeks later. Onsite interview was conducted by a 4 person panel. Mostly technical questions. A week after the interview I emailed the hiring manager asking them if they had reached a decision. I got an out of office reply. I emailed the HR contact about the feedback. No response. 2 weeks later I again emailed the HR contact asking for feedback without any response. This is a company which does not consider it to be necessary to provide feedback to a candidate who went through a 45 minute phone screen and a two and a half hour onsite interview!! I am glad that I didn't get an offer from this company. To add some perspective: I am Microsoft certified professional with 10 years experience. My recommendation will be to stay away from this company as it seems to lack any professional courtesy.
