    I worked at Lastline full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Great work environment and a product that sells itself ! This company definitely cares about their employees overall happiness and try to make sure you have all the resources needed to do your job well. The benefits are legit! You end up taking more money home each paycheck because of their awesome health benefit package 100% paid for by company.

    Cons

    Still a relatively young company so theres growing pains - which I think isn't really a "con" IMO because that comes with the nature of a start-up. Just be prepared to learn and have your mind blown.

    I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Lastline in March 2017.

    Interview

    I was contacted by company's tech. recruiter and then went through 3 online interviews with hiring manager, team member and other team manager. Plus 4 hrs offline coding challenge. Not especially difficult interview.
    Did not get an offer, however liked the process and interviewers - all adequate and friendly. I especially liked them for not using ridiculous data structure, algorithm and quizzes 'whiiteboarding'.

    • 1. A lot of tech questions: C++, networking, security, mutithreading and synchronization, as well as some design discussions (web services etc.).
