Please read the first review! I had exactly the same review for this company. They do not care about the employees, the pay is not good, no training provided, very disorganized! To be a financial institution is a big disaster! And the work life banace...lol! You will need a therapy because you will get crazy!
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Latino Community Credit Union (Durham, NC) in December 2015.
They contacted me by email, we had an on phone interview. Interviewer was very kind, clear and professional. After that we scheduled an in-person interview. Everything was fine, standard questions, nice office. They told me the decision making would take a few days. Within the next week I received a rejection letter. Though I wasn't hired, I felt very comfortable in the process.
The in-person interview was in Spanish.
