I have been working at Latitude 36 full-time (More than 5 years)
Company is led by great leaders.
The best bosses aren't bosses - they are leaders here.
I had an opportunity to work with few great leaders, to name a few: Paresh, Scott and Kishore.
Benefits here overall are incredible.
Comp package works in your favor- i.e. hard work does in fact = Revenue.
Great Work culture.
Talented professionals to work and learn with.
You can expect good growth.
HR, and Finance departments are the best, professionals who work in this departments are seniors in their profile and they know what they are doing and they do it effectively, efficiently and quickly.
- You can feel "left-behind" here at times, so it's crucial to stay organized to keep up with the pace.
Can't think of anything else. It's hard to find things wrong with Latitude36, in fact this section took me a lot longer to provide the bullet point then the pros section.
Advice to Management
Keep up the good work! Can't wait to see what's next, and hope to continue growing my career here.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Latitude 36 (Vadodara (India)).
Hired over the phone interview. It was simple and straight forward. Interviewer has outstanding conversational skills, Interview became more of a conversation. I could relate my previous experience. Best part - I was allowed to communicate what i think and how important human values are to work! great experience.
