I have been working at Lattice Semiconductor full-time (More than 8 years)

Pros training is available to the entire company and training (at least 40 hours per year) is encouraged. Choice of Mac or PC is nice.

Lattice Semiconductor is the kind of place where you go in, get the work done and go home. I wouldn't say it is a fun place to work.

    Advice to Management

I don't really have any advice.

I applied through college or university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Lattice Semiconductor (San Jose, CA) in April 2015.

One brief 15 minutes phone interview followed by an onsite interview the next week. The phone interview was mostly gauging interest. The onsite interview included one hour discussing my resume and a one hour technical portion.
