I worked at Law Offices of Jeffrey S. Glassman as an intern
Best people to work with. Intern do actual substantive work to help with the cases. Supervisor always made sure to assign work in a variety of areas and give constructive feedback.
The firm does outstanding work so the only con is that it is not a bigger firm.
Advice to Management
I applied through other source. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Law Offices of Jeffrey S. Glassman (Boston, MA).
It's so easy to get hired here - I went in to the office and met with the office manager, Kiera. The interview was very informal. It was more of a conversation than interview. She told me I dressed well, asked me a couple of standard interview questions (strengths/weaknesses) and what I did for fun (personal hobbies). I went back for a second interview to meet the owner, Jeff. I was hired on the spot, which took me off guard. It was a little awkward as I had informed him that I did not want to waste his time or mine and was looking for no less than $50K/year. I was offered $45K, I had to remind him of my email and he sat there for a few minutes thinking before agreeing upon said amount. I accepted and started the next day.
