Interview
It's so easy to get hired here - I went in to the office and met with the office manager, Kiera. The interview was very informal. It was more of a conversation than interview. She told me I dressed well, asked me a couple of standard interview questions (strengths/weaknesses) and what I did for fun (personal hobbies). I went back for a second interview to meet the owner, Jeff. I was hired on the spot, which took me off guard. It was a little awkward as I had informed him that I did not want to waste his time or mine and was looking for no less than $50K/year. I was offered $45K, I had to remind him of my email and he sat there for a few minutes thinking before agreeing upon said amount. I accepted and started the next day. What positions have you had in the past that make you think you will be good in this role?
