I worked at Law Offices of Keshab Raj Seadie full-time (More than a year)
Interesting work. It is an business immigration law firm specializing in employment.
It is an unorganized environment. There are two attorneys, the principle and an associate. The associate's view of the law conflicts with the principle and often leads to conflict between the two with you in the middle. There is zero guidance and it is more of a document reproduction factory than an actual law firm doing legal work.
Duties are unclear and the lack of delegation leads to confusion. During my time there, I saw a high amount of turnover unnecessarily.
Advice to Management
Stop subverting the law and do things the right way.
