Interview
The whole process was super supportive and empathetic to the stress of interviewing for SE roles. They took the time to understand what I was looking for and how my philosophies aligned with theirs. They were very transparent about the process the entire time, prepping me for what to expect at each stage. The tone was energetic, upbeat, and optimistic. Feedback was returned quickly and with both gaps and strengths (which is dead-useful information to me for subsequent interviews). Ultimately I was not quite a match for what they were looking for, but they never made me feel like I "failed", and I got to have some genuinely great conversations along the way. 10/10 would interview again!InterviewThe process was split into 3 video calls: 1) Exploratory conversation; basic information about the company and the role and what I'm looking for. 2) A more in-depth conversation about my past roles and how I handled different situations. 3) This call was about technical challenges split into 3 parts: - JavaScript data transformation - Algorithm / Data Structure - collaborative object-oriented design
