Many people have worked for the company for 20+ years, and are not always able to keep up with the progress the leadership wants to implement.
Advice to Management
Loyalty should be rewarded, but senior employees should be expected to perform in the same, if not greater capacity, than newer employees. Just because someone has done the same job for 20 years does not make that job indispensable.
I applied online. I interviewed at Lawson Products.
Mass interview at local hotel. Met one on one with regional manager then met one on one with district manager. I was called the next day and was offered the job.
