Advice to Management
you will continue to lose good/qualified employees if you don't fix the mobility/internal growth problem.
I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Lazard Asset Management (New York, NY) in October 2017.
I interviewed in the NY office. The interview was four 30 minute, 2 on 1 interviews consisting of behavioral questions and a few markets questions. Everyone was quite friendly and no interviews tried to ask confusing or difficult questions.
