   I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Lazarus Naturals (Portland, OR) in Apr 2022

   Interview

   I applied on LinkedIn and received an email request for a video call interview via Google Hangouts.
   
   On the actual day of the meeting, the interviewer was more than 5 minutes late and did not have his camera on. There was no pleasantries or Tell Me About Yourself intro, it went straight to the questions. I essentially interviewed with a blank screen, answering a series of rigid/pre-established set of behavioral questions which eluded to the chaotic state of the team and their poor relationship with Leadership.
   
   While I understand the benefit of a targeted-selection type of interview, the entire call felt highly biased towards wanting a candidate from an in-group background/experience/beliefs as opposed to the ability to perform the daily duties of the position.
   
   Post interview, I never heard back from the team regarding any updates nor did I receive a reply to my Thank You email.
