Pros
The owners of leading edge senior care are the most devoted and hands on owners I've ever met or worked for! Their communication with each other is amazing they both always know what is going on with there staff and clients! They try to always make sure that PCA's have the hours they have asked for and to keep them as close to the area they live in.

Currently hiring in Mesa, Gilbert, Scottsdale, Peoria, and Glendale. In many cases, we are paying up to $22.00 per hour depending on locations and client!
We have made a changes in our compensation plans;
- If you are going to CNA or Medical Assistant school? We will pay for it
- Need 3 hour shifts? You got it!
- Need overnights? We have those.
- Companion Care without personal care? We have that
- Weekend only? Yup we have that as well.
- No weekends? Sure not a problem!
- 12 hour shifts? Yes! 16 hour shifts? YES!
