I worked at Learn to Trade full-time

    Pros

The type of work is interesting.

    Cons

Joining this company will be a decision I continue to regret. The company has no steady, experienced or qualified management or leadership.

They often bring skilled people into senior posts, then disagree with their ideas before making them redundant or removing them from the company.

Power play, rumours and secrets are the basis of every single day here and the only way they know how to operate (every second of your day is CCTV and audio recorded and watched back (unrestricted) by various chosen members of the global team through an app on their phone).

There is absolutely no care for the employee or their welfare, it is just not important to them. I have never worked in a company before where nearly every person has done some form of formal grievance again the organisation and has good cause to do another one as they leave. In return, you will find no team work or a willingness from other colleagues to help others, or any commitment from staff to make the business succeed.

Overall there are very questionable ethics in the business, including adherence to the law, and the majority (if not all) staff feel uncomfortable with the way they operate.
