    I was contacted and interviewed within a week of applying for my position at LV and was very happy with the speed at which the process moved. I felt as though I was given an honest, accurate picture of what the company and my supervisor would expect of me as a member of the team. I also appreciated the opportunity to ask questions and be given direct, appropriately detailed answers. It was apparent to me that selecting candidates with a strong cultural fit is as important as finding candidates with the right technical skills or relevant background.
