Learning A-Z Reviews

Pros
Though there have been some big org changes this year that have course have caused some hesitation among some longer-term or former employees, I really enjoy working for Learning A-Z. I know that my management wants to see me succeed and they support me in any way they can, both professionally and personally. My team is rooted in collaboration and empathy. The benefits are great and I am encouraged to use them in full. I see the value in the changes that have been made recently and know that it will only go up from here, and I am excited to be along for the ride. I highly recommend Laz and the direction it's going in.
Cons
It can be difficult to work with the longer-term employees who are upset about the org changes that have happened recently. Though they have the ability to choose to go elsewhere if they do not agree with the forward motion Laz is making, they have chosen to stay and tend to bring negativity to the table.

When I first applied for this job, I was very nervous because of all the negative reviews I've read about the company on Glassdoor. I have never seen so many negative reviews back to back, which I'm sure is indicative to the culture. However, before I could pull out, I was reached out to for an interview. The process was not well managed and had a lot of moving deadlines from the person in charge. Overall, really happy I did not progress with the company because there's obviously some dysfunction.InterviewBasic and standard recruiter questions
