I worked at Learning Tree International full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Pay, pay, and pay! Learning Tree knows how to compensate sales reps unlike some other places so do not take this for granted and hit your quota and you'll find yourself with a 5 figure paycheck.

    Benefits - PTO

    Room for advancement

    Cons

They've fixed a majority of what I addressed in 2015, they seem to be doing great since the new CEO came on board.

    Advice to Management

Keep it up!! Follow the trends!! Hire back folks who you may have lost to older management :-)

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Learning Tree International (Reston, VA) in September 2015.

    Interview

Applied online. Company recruiter sent e-mail asking for suitable time for phone screening with COO. Phone screening with COO which lead to invitation to onsite test, personal writing and face to face interviews. Computer based tests was time limited and including math, MS Office familiarity and typical job tasks. Face to face interview with COO who also initiated opportunity to meet with existing product manager.
