I have been working at LeasePlan USA full-time (More than 5 years)
Attended our company town hall and am feeling good about the company I work for.
LeasePlan has a clear vision of where the fleet leasing industry is heading and how we plan to service our customers.
LeasePlan has a smart Power of One strategy that leverages its global footprint to compete in market place.
I like where LeasePlan is going with creating transparency, accountability and looking into developing employees skills for the future.
All this restructuring and redesigning means change and that can be a bit unnerving for some.
Transitioning to new systems will be a lot of work.
Advice to Management
Please continue to employees in the loop with what is going on.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at LeasePlan USA (Alpharetta, GA) in May 2016.
The interview process consisted of three interviews: a phone interview with HR, an in-office interview with who will be your boss, and then a group interview with team you'll be on including your boss and your boss's boss. The phone interview was just simply getting to know you and who you are. Nothing extravagant. The second interview was the formal interview where the person who will be your boss asks you questions from a packet they have. It looked like she made these questions herself, but it may be a corporate-wide pack. The final interview was very relaxed and informal. You could really see the whole team's chemistry, how well they work together, and how close they are. There aren't really any formal questions. They just want to get to know you and more about how you might fit in to the team. Overall, it was such a smooth process.
