    Pros

I am with LeaseWeb for a couple of years. Since I started, I worked in four different roles, and as the company grew, my responsibility and impact grew.
Even though it hasn’t always been a walk in the park, I have been extremely well taken care of. Hard work and dedication is often recognized and rewarded with either a handshake, a bonus, more responsibilty or even a raise.

I feel I am part of a family. We reached great heights, and sometimes we go through a painful learning process. And although I can see at glassdoor how that can lead to frustration, I see the continuous change as a source for opportunity to learn and grow.

What attracts me most is the uncompromising battle for quality, efficiency and a better product offering. That battle has its casualties. But I truly believe that - in this industry - if you don’t fight for shipping the best possible product, than what good of a service provider are you?

    Cons

The companies growing and learning spurts are often painful.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at LeaseWeb (Manassas, VA) in January 2017.

    Interview

I loved it. The man and woman I meet with were very professional and polite. They tag team questioned me pertaining to my conflict resolution skills. They also wanted to know about my sales skills and experience.
