Technical Account Manager
Being a woman in tech, I only recently started advocating for myself at work about advancement opportunities. Because of this I wanted to ask this question to my male counterparts. When you have 1:1's with your direct reports and talk about career growth / aspirations what is your managers’ response typically? I’d like to gauge how my experience (negative) differs from others. For instance are you met with blockades, enthusiasm, dread, etc?

ProsLedgy has by far the best company culture I have ever encountered. Every single team member is incredibly motivated, smart and helpful. The environment is amazing, collaboration is fun, work days
ConsI have genuinely not encountered any cons as of now.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ledgy (Italy)
InterviewThe initial interview I had with the recruiter was very friendly and positive. After this I had several interviews, always with the same person, and a lengthy case study. The interviews I had gave me the impression of a chaotic company, struggling in the current market conditions, and without much respect for the candidate’s time, ie interviews were rescheduled many times, also at the very last minute, and no individual feedback was provided in the end despite the fact that this was explicitly promised by the interviewer at the last interview. Instead I received a generic rejection email.
