I worked at Leed's full-time (More than 10 years)
Great upper management, awesome CEO, semi-flexible hours, room to advance, on-site cafeteria, quiet work environment (in offices, not production), ability to travel domestically and internationally. CEO is amazing.
Many "cliques" and some of the upper management are rude, snobby. Horrible parking and HR changes once a year. Work hours can be extreme and employee reviews are few and far between. Not a very diverse company either.
Advice to Management
Offer more competitive salaries and more flexible working environment. Screen HR employees better and possibly offer paid interns in the product development department.
