Not everyone can be on their game everyday so some customers get great service while others have a bad experience with the attorneys. Negative feed back is usually because of the attorney firms lack of a great "bedside manner". Fix this and we will continue to be successful.

Negative feed back is usually because of the attorney firms lack of a great "bedside manner". Fix this and we will continue to be successful. They have to understand, they put their pants own the same way we do. We should be special to the attorneys. Look at the consumer report reviews. Select the right candidate for trainers. Train product knowledge! "How to close" training should be an advance course.

It was a short but timely interview. Actually, we did most of the interview over the phone.I was asked how much did I know about the company, when can I start. I was sent lots of webinars and emails about the companies .
