I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at LegalZoom.
First, I talked to the recruiter over the phone to gauge my interest and answer some initial questions about my resume. Then, I interviewed with 6 people (2 at a time), which was very casual. They asked some questions about me and my interest, but for the most part, it was very conversational.
