Currently Legend is a small company, the opportunity for promotion can be limited, but as the company keep growing it will be multiple opportunity for promotions.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took a week. I interviewed at Legend Management Group.
Sat down with the property manager to discuss background and answer scenario questions. Once process was completed a background screening phone call was scheduled to call in at a specific time. Drug test was requested and forms issued for this to be done. Second interview scheduled as well which was a little more of an explanation to the company itself.
