Advice to Management
Legend Management Group shouldn't match up to the newer properties. Their property is older, but they still need the work done as well as the newer properties.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Legend Management Group (Arlington, VA) in March 2016.
A phone interview by contractual HR to screen the qualification. After one week is a phone interview by HR Director. First introduce the company and the industry, then ask basic case questions, no technique things.
I did not go further with next step. Seems like that the company does not have one employee who knows the pricing process and does not care about technique skills. Hiring strategy of leasing consultant applied to hiring the analyst position.
