I have been working at Leica Microsystems full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Leica is part of a larger company - Danaher- but has a small company feel. If you put in some time and sincere effort, they pay off is well worth it. Some people have the personality for it, some people simply don’t. Leica treats those who work hard for the company well- especially with new management that has come into place the past year or so.

    Executive Administrator Interview

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Leica Microsystems (Buffalo Grove, IL) in December 2015.

    Interview

I went through 2 phone screens (one with the agency that Leica used and one with HR), then one Skype interview and then an in person with 4 individuals. I was not stressed out in my final interview as my supervisor put me at ease right away and had me laughing.
