InterviewI applied for the Benefits Administrative position at Lennox international. I was invited for a phone screen with the recruiter. The interview went pretty well however, the recruiter decided to ghost me. I sent a follow up email with no response. I once heard the phrase "Never burn the bridge" because you never know the same candidate might be a good fit for another role. So ghosting a candidate is very unprofessional and an organization should stop allowing their recruiters/managers from doing that because for a candidate they are spending their time to interview when they could interview for a company who are professional and genuinely looking for a hire.
