We are a Fortune 500 company that spans six continents, but we have only the scratched the surface of our potential. Our story is far from finished. As we continue to grow, so can you.
"Our organization consistently recognizes new trends in the industry and business and is at the forefront of capitalizing on innovation. Whether it's utilizing the latest in video or web-hosting tools for employees, or encouraging people to think outside the box, the company has provided me with multiple avenues for growth into an emerging leader destined for greatness.”

Employees are provided with opportunities to develop their skills and advance in his or her career. They are also encouraged to develop full lives outside of the work place. As a program manager for the LatAm Finance PMO, I work on multiple programs and projects with teams from different regions. This provides me with opportunities to interact with other cultures and analyze issues from different perspectives. The team also offers me the flexibility and tools to work out of office when necessary, which helps me keep pace with my professional goals and my personal priorities outside of work. As a mother, it’s very important to me that my company and superiors respect my time with my family. Our company always does this.
I have been working at Level 3 Communications full-time (More than 3 years)
Great Company to learn from. I learned a lot of MPLS and how internet works in this company. I thank this company for most of my knowledge.
It has changed a lot.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Level 3 Communications (Chandler, AZ) in January 2016.
There are three interviews on the same day. Each interview is with two managers from the Chandler, AZ location. Each interview lasts 10-15 minutes. Each pair of managers asked briefly about my background. Then they asked specific technical questions to test my knowledge of CCNA level skills. After the interviews I was told they would be contacting me within the next week. Which they did.
